Questinable customer service/product quality
"I'm disappointed in the quality of service which puts into question the quality of the product. I started using Ovaterra (prenatal & ovoenergen) in January '23. Since receiving the 1st autoship order I've been trying to call them and left numerous voicemails. Nobody picks the call so it always goes to voicemail no matter the time of day, or day of the week. When I got my order was soaked wet due to the rain. Rain soaked through the external cardboard packaging, and the actual product packaging. It was saturated to the point it couldn't absorb any more water and you could see water on the surface of the product box. I don't know if water got into the product because I haven't opened the box yet. I'm trying to get the nonexistent customer service help to resolve before I open the box. Given the price of these supplements, you would expect them to be delivered in a weather proof packaging. Given the cost of these supplements, you expect to have real customer service! The only thing that tipped the balance between another prenatal brand and Ovaterra is the choline. But then again, I love milk and regularly eat liver due to low iron so I can get my choline that way. The other brand has fewer pills including both vitamins and omega. It is exactly comparable in terms of active vitamin ingredients. The price is less than Ovaterra, but not too cheap that you begin to question the quality. I think I'll go to that brand natalist."
