Refund policy
We want to support you as best we can during what is likely one of the most stressful times in your life. Because of the nature of the products at Ovaterra, we can’t always accept returns, but our goal is to always work with you to find a solution. Please read below for details.
For Ovaterra supplements
If you received a defective product or your order was shipped with an error, please let us know via Live Chat or via email to info@myovaterra.com. We will send you a replacement ASAP at no cost to you. The time limit to report these issues is 60 days from the date of your order.
To ensure safety and quality for all customers, we do not resell supplements that have been returned to us. Because of this, we cannot accept returns in many other situations. Partially for this reason (but more so that the supplements are well-integrated into your treatment), we strongly recommend discussing your supplement plans with your doctor before placing an order.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the Live Chat on this website or via email to info@myovaterra.com. Once your package leaves our facility, we cannot accept cancellations.
Occasionally, when we cannot find a solution to get you what you need on your journey, we may issue refunds. If a refund is for a returned product, it will be issued within 5 business days from the arrival of the authorized return at our office, to the same credit card account used for original purchase. We cannot issue refunds more than 30 days after the date of your order.
