Take 1 pouch (6 capsules and 1 tablet) daily with food and a full glass of water, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Spreading out the capsules to 2 capsules 3 times a day can help when keeping food down is a challenge.
Advanced Preconception is not recommended for women with a history of hormonal cancer or estrogen-sensitive conditions like endometriosis or PCOS. Check with your doctor before starting supplementation. Discontinue use after a positive pregnancy test and switch to Advanced Prenatal. Read the insert for full indications and contraindications.
Avoid use with other multivitamin supplements and blood-thinning medications. Folic acid in doses above 1,000 mcg daily may obscure pernicious anemia. Check with your physician. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fetal poisoning in children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with known medical conditions should consult their physician before using this or other dietary supplement.

[6S]-t-Methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®)
Choline bitartrate

Advanced Prenatal delivers a full daily value of choline for pregnant and nursing women.
Retinyl palmitate
Vitamin A supports immune function, vision, cellular communication, and thyroid function, which is important for reproductive health*. Vitamin A also supports the production of breast milk*. Ascorbic acid
Vitamin C is essential for biosynthesis of collagen. It supports healthy connective tissues and protein metabolism while acting as an antioxidant that protects eggs and embryos from oxidative damage*. Advanced Prenatal provides 500 mg, far more than the typical 50-100 mg.

"Great supplements. Feel great with more energy overall"
"I love the product and feel it is filled with the highest quality ingredients. I will continue taking it until it is time to switch to a prenatal vitamin. The only problem I have encountered is a missing DHEA capsule in multiple packages."
"I love my advanced prenatal capsules, easy to swallow, I always take them with a meal otherwise it makes me want to throw up. I got the DHEA caps separately because they were out of stock and I think it’s actually better since I will stop the DHEA as soon as I know I’m pregnant. I will keep taking Ovaterra during pregnancy. Thank you!"
"I first learned of this brand after reading It Starts with the Egg. I think it's a little on the more expensive side of supplements, but it also seems to be pretty well-rounded. I've read some conflicting information about using DHEA supplements, but I'm going to give it a try. I don't really care for the individually packaged daily doses. It seems like a waste of material. So far so good though, no side effects after a week. I will definitely buy the CoQ10 supplement again, but I may need to reevaluate the cost of the main multivitamin."
"A prenatal vitamin you can feel. It is 6 pills but they’re easy to swallow!"
"I love this prenatal and I never feel sick after taking them."
"I can’t say definitely that they work, as I haven’t started my ivf cycle yet. The only negatives are the excessive packaging and the smell- they have a very potent vitamin smell!"
"I love that these have everything I need and I don’t have to research/bundle supplements to purchase my self. I use to forget which vitamins I would take every day but this is way more convenient!"
"Finally a pre natal that has everything I need in it. I can make one purchase and it covers all my needs as someone over 40 trying to conceive."
"I like the convenience of the package, having everything for a daily dose all in one packet eliminates the need to remember when and how much I take the vitamins. It’s best to read the book It Starts with the Egg before you commit to this, once you have the knowledge of the ingredients in this product, you will feel good and confident about taking it. Though I am still in the preparation phase of getting pregnant, once I start trying I can truly tell whether it works wonder. I do trust the product but it’s a bit too pricey."
