Unless otherwise instructed by your healthcare provider, take:
Advanced Prenatal: 1 pouch (6 capsules) daily with food and a full glass of water daily.
Fertinatal DHEA: 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals.
OvoEnergen CoQ10: 2-3 softgels per day with food or a meal.
Vitamin D3+K2: 2 drops (2,000 IU) per day, avoiding use within two hours of any medication(s).
Fertinatal® DHEA: Fertinatal is not recommended for women who have a history of hormonal cancer or estrogen-sensitive conditions like endometriosis or PCOS. Check with your doctor before starting supplementation. Discontinue use after a positive pregnancy test. Read the insert for full indications and contraindications.
Advanced Prenatal: Avoid use with other multivitamin supplements and blood-thinning medications. Folic acid in doses above 1,000 mcg daily may obscure pernicious anemia. Check with your physician. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fetal poisoning in children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with known medical conditions should consult their physician before using this or other dietary supplement.

Advanced Prenatal: Common side effects may include headache, indigestion, diarrhea, constipation, and nausea. Allergic sensitization has been reported following both oral and parenteral administration of folic acid.
