We are temporarily out of stock on Advanced Prep 35-39. As an emergency measure to help you stay on your preconception supplements, you will receive Advanced Prenatal, with a separate package of 42 Fertinatal DHEA tablets. Please take the 1 daily pouch of Advanced Prenatal (6 capsules) with 1 tablet of Fertinatal DHEA to get the exact same preconception nutrients as Advanced Prep 35-39.

Take 1 pouch (6 capsules and 1 tablet) daily with food and a full glass of water, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Spreading out the capsules to 2 capsules 3 times a day can help when keeping food down is a challenge.

Advanced Prep is not recommended for women who have a history of hormonal cancer or estrogen-sensitive conditions like endometriosis or PCOS. Check with your doctor before starting supplementation. Discontinue use after a positive pregnancy test and switch to Advanced Prenatal. Read the insert for full indications and contraindications.

Avoid use with other multivitamin supplements and blood-thinning medications. Folic acid in doses above 1,000 mcg daily may obscure pernicious anemia. Check with your physician. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fetal poisoning in children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and individuals with known medical conditions should consult their physician before using this or other dietary supplement.

Why is it needed?

The body needs choline for metabolism, structural integrity of cells, cell membrane signaling, regulation of gene expression and nervous system functions. Humans cannot produce sufficient amounts of choline and need it from diet.

How does it work on a cellular level?

Choline is an important methyl donor necessary in many metabolic processes. Choline is a component of phospholipids, needed for cell membranes, and acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter for memory, mood and other nervous system functions.

Ingredients with intention.

Nutrients specifically for women 35-39 in the most bioavailable forms, at dosages recommended by reproductive health specialists.

Folate

[6S]-t-Methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®)

1,010 mcg

Folate supports baby's healthy brain development and prevents neural tube defects*. Advanced Prenatal uses reduced, methylated folate, rather than folic acid, as some women with MTHFR mutation cannot efficiently process synthetic folic acid.

Choline

Choline bitartrate

550 mg

Choline is an essential nutrient that supports early brain development during pregnancy*. Choline is also necessary for the synthesis of acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter involved in brain and nervous system functions*. Advanced Prenatal delivers a full daily value of choline for pregnant and nursing women.

Vitamin A

Retinyl palmitate

1,300 mcg RAE

Vitamin A supports immune function, vision, cellular communication and thyroid function, which is important for reproductive health*. Vitamin A also supports production of breast milk*. Advanced Prenatal uses retinyl palmitate, which is a more bioavailable form of Vitamin A than beta carotene, even for women with a BCO1 gene variant that interferes with the conversion process*.

Vitamin C

Ascorbic acid

500 mg

Vitamin C is essential for biosynthesis of collagen. It supports healthy connective tissues and protein metabolism, while acting as an antioxidant that protects eggs and embryos from oxidative damage*. Advanced Prenatal provides 500 mg, far more than the typical 50-100 mg.
