OvoEnergen CoQ10: 2-3 softgels per day with food or a meal.
Vitamin D3+K2: 2 drops (2,000 IU) per day, avoiding use within two hours of any medication(s).
Advanced Prenatal: Avoid use with other multivitamin supplements and blood-thinning medications. Folic acid in doses above 1,000 mcg daily may obscure pernicious anemia. Check with your physician. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fetal poisoning in children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. If you develop an allergic reaction, including but not limited to, difficulty breathing, skin reactions, or facial swelling, stop taking the product immediately and seek medical attention.
