- A 12-week supply of Advanced Prep 35-39 capsules in 84 daily pouches. Each pouch contains 6 capsules and 1 tablet.
Take 1 pouch (6 capsules and 1 tablet) daily with food and a full glass of water, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Spreading out the capsules to 2 capsules 3 times a day can help when keeping food down is a challenge.
Advanced Prep is not recommended for women with a history of hormonal cancer or estrogen-sensitive conditions like endometriosis or PCOS. Check with your doctor before starting supplementation. Discontinue use after a positive pregnancy test and switch to Advanced Prenatal. Read the insert for full indications and contraindications.
Avoid use with other multivitamin supplements and blood-thinning medications. Folic acid in doses above 1,000 mcg daily may obscure pernicious anemia. Check with your physician. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fetal poisoning in children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with known medical conditions should consult their physician before using this or other dietary supplement.
