Take 1 pouch (6 capsules and 1 tablet) of Advanced Prep daily with food and a full glass of water, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. 6 capsules can be spread out into 2 capsules 3 times a day. Take 2-3 capsules of OvoEnergen CoQ10 with meals per day. Or take as recommended by your healthcare provider.

Advanced Prep is not recommended for women who have a history of hormonal cancer or estrogen-sensitive conditions like endometriosis or PCOS. Check with your doctor before starting supplementation. Discontinue use after a positive pregnancy test and switch to Advanced Prenatal. Read the insert for full indications and contraindications.

Consult your doctor before taking OvoEnergenTM if you have a medical condition or take prescription medications. Do not exceed recommended dosage. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. If you are taking any medications or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before starting supplementation.

Avoid use with other multivitamin supplements and blood-thinning medications, particularly Warfarin. Folic acid in doses above 1,000 mcg daily may obscure pernicious anemia. Check with your physician. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fetal poisoning in children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and individuals with known medical conditions should consult their physician before using this or other dietary supplement.

Common side effects may include headache, indigestion, diarrhea, constipation, and nausea. Allergic sensitization has been reported following both oral and parenteral administration of folic acid.

Reported side effects of DHEA supplementation include: oily skin, acne, hair loss, increased hirsutism (hair growth), deepening of the voice, increased libido and assertiveness, gastro-intestinal complaints and hypertension.

Reported side effects of CoQ10 include upset stomach, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. It can cause allergic skin rashes in some people. For a full list of potential side effects, refer to the insert.

Should supplementation with any supplements in this pack lead to unwanted side effects, discontinue supplementation and consult with a healthcare provider immediately. If you develop an allergic reaction, including but not limited to, difficulty breathing, skin reactions, or facial swelling, stop taking the product immediately and seek medical attention.
