[IMPORTANT!] COVID-19 Disruptions to International Shipments

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some countries are experiencing shipping disruptions. There are also a few where shipping is not currently available.

Before ordering, please check the USPS and UPS alerts to see if your country is affected:

We recommend United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping over the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most countries as they are experiencing less disruption.

Please note that even in countries where shipping is available, there may be a longer-than-usual delivery time frame. However, you will still be able to track your package online.

Please reach out to us directly at info@fertilitysupplementstore.com if you have specific questions about your order or your country.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be ready to be shipped out during the week. (Though we are usually much more quick, we want you to be on the safe side!) Over the weekend and around holidays, we also recommend ordering your supplements a day or two early.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse just north of New York City, and once they are shipped, the length of time it takes for your shipment to arrive at the destination will depend on the shipment method you choose in the checkout process.

For those of you who are into details, here's our warehouse's schedule:

  • Orders placed from 9 pm on Sunday to 9 pm on Monday: Shipped out on Tuesday
  • Orders placed from 9 pm on Monday to 9 pm on Tuesday: Shipped out on Wednesday
  • Orders placed from 9 pm on Tuesday to 9 pm on Wednesday: Shipped out on Thursday
  • Orders placed from 9 pm on Wednesday to 9 pm on Thursday: Shipped out on Friday

Due to our warehouse partner's weekend closure, please allow a few extra days for orders placed from 9 pm on Thursday to 9 pm on Sunday. They will be shipped out on the following Monday.

Our warehouse is closed on the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

Orders placed on these holidays above, as well as those placed after 2 pm on the day before these holidays, will be shipped out on the next business day. Around the holidays, we recommend ordering in advance so you won't run out of your supplements.

I want to track my order. Which shipping method should I choose?

For more up-to-date tracking of shipments, we recommend choosing one of the UPS options. For all shipping methods, you will receive an email with tracking codes, once your package leaves our facility. Some international shipping may not update once the package leaves the United States.

I need my order as soon as possible. Which shipping method should I choose?

All UPS options, USPS Express Mail and USPS Express International are more likely to arrive on time than USPS Priority Mail. USPS does not guarantee on-time arrival of Priority Mail.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship overseas to a limited number of countries, where we have not had problems with customs. All the countries we do ship to are listed in the shipping dropdown menu during checkout. Customers having our products shipped internationally should note that the risk of package loss is much higher. In cases of packages lost or confiscated during transit, Fertility Nutraceuticals will not be responsible for the loss. Furthermore, customers are responsible for any customs due.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship our products to many countries outside of the United States due to legal and customs complications. If your country is not listed in the shipping option, in many cases we cannot ship to your country. However, this depends on which of our products you want to order. To certain countries, we may be able to ship some products but not others. You have a couple of options.

  1. If you have a friend or family member in the United States, you can place your order and have it shipped to the friend or family member, who can then send the package to you personally. This is the best method, but we understand that not everyone has a friend or family in the United States.
  2. There are freight forwarders that can receive your order and forward it to you. If you use this option, please make an arrangement first with the freight forwarder of your choice, and place an order on our website, following the forwarder's direction for shipping address.
  3. Please email us at info@fertilitysupplementstore.com to place your order manually. This is an option for some products, but not others (mainly DHEA-containing products).
  4. If you want to purchase Fertinatal DHEA in/from the UK, you can contact ZEN Pharmacy or Harley Street Fertility Clinic in London. They both stock Fertinatal. Healthcare providers at Evewell in London can generate a prescription with a video consultation.

If you don't see your country in the shipping drop-down menu, that means we can't accept your order online. Please email us at info@FertilitySupplementStore.com or chat us on the website (bottom right corner) so we can find a way to help you.

Fertinatal DHEA

What is FERTINATAL®?

FERTINATAL® is a nutritional supplement of plant-derived dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), micronized to the same particle sizes used by the Center for Human Reproduction (CHR) in their studies of DHEA's effects on women's fertility.

What is DHEA?

DHEA is a natural hormone made in the body by all women and men. DHEA is an intermediate step in a complex process called steroidogenesis, in which cholesterol is converted into male and female sex hormones: testosterone and estradiol. DHEA levels decline significantly as women (and men) get older.

What is the potential benefit of DHEA?

DHEA has been shown to enhance fertility in women of advanced ovarian age.*

What differentiates FERTINATAL® from other DHEA supplements?

DHEA is widely advertised for its many supposed benefits. However, most of their health benefits are scientifically not well documented. FERTINATAL® is designed specifically to enhance female fertility in women with advanced ovarian age.

In short, FERTINATAL® is the only DHEA product that meets all these criteria:

  • Micronized DHEA supplement, specifically developed for women who want to enhance their fertility*
  • Individually blister-packed (25 mg Three Times Daily)
  • 100% plant-derived
  • Undergone rigorous 3-step quality assurance process, including batch testing at independent laboratories for potency and particle sizes

As a result of the high quality of FERTINATAL®, Fertility Nutraceuticals, has been licensed by the Center for Human Reproduction (CHR) to cite their U.S. patents (7,615,544 and 8,067,400). Designed specifically to meet the criteria required for the DHEA products used in all of CHR's studies, FERTINATAL® is the only DHEA product that can claim fertility benefits in women with advanced ovarian age.

Who should not take FERTINATAL®?

Please refer to the supplement facts insert for safety information and warning about FERTINATAL® use. If you have any doubts about whether you should start FERTINATAL® supplementation, you should consult your healthcare provider before starting DHEA.

What are the potential side effects of FERTINATAL®?

Reported side effects of DHEA supplementation include: oily skin, acne, hair loss, increased hirsutism (hair growth), deepening of the voice, increased libido and assertiveness, gastro-intestinal complaints and hypertension.

How long should I take FERTINATAL® DHEA?

At least 6 weeks, up to 16-20 weeks of DHEA supplementation is recommended for improving egg quality, because that's how long it takes for an egg to reach maturity in the ovaries and become ready for ovulation. More detailed explanation is available on the how to increase egg quality page.

Can I take OVOENERGEN™ with FERTINATAL® DHEA?

Yes, in most cases, OVOENERGEN can be taken with FERTINATAL® DHEA to provide your eggs with multi-faceted fertility support*. However, if you have any concerns about its use, please consult your physician first before starting supplementation.

What should I do if I miss a dose of FERTINATAL® DHEA?

Missing a dose or two here and there will not be a problem. You can continue taking FERTINATAL® as if you did not miss a dose. We do not recommend taking double dose to make up for the missed dose.

Can I take FNC’s Prenatal Vitamins with FERTINATAL® DHEA?

Yes! OBGYN doctors recommend that women who are trying to get pregnant take prenatal vitamins to prepare their bodies for a healthy pregnancy. FNC's Prenatal Vitamins ensure that your body is ready for the baby when you get pregnant with the help of FERTINATAL® DHEA.

Does FERTINATAL® DHEA need to be taken before or after a meal?

It does not matter whether you take FERTINATAL® before or after a meal.

When in my menstrual cycle should I take FERTINATAL® DHEA?

Supplementation with DHEA can be started at any time in your menstrual cycle. Based on the studies conducted by the CHR and other leading fertility researchers, supplementation with FERTINATAL® DHEA for female fertility is recommended uninterrupted, for at least 6 weeks up to 18 weeks. CHR emphasizes that DHEA be continued for at least 6 weeks and until positive pregnancy test.

To understand the rationale behind this recommendation, please refer to our improve egg quality page, which explains the maturation process of eggs and how androgens may enhance healthy growth of eggs in the ovary.

What should I do if I have a question about using DHEA?

Please refer to the insert first. If your question is not answered, you should consult your healthcare provider before starting supplementation with DHEA.

Why does the Center for Human Reproduction (CHR) endorse FERTINATAL® DHEA?

FERTINATAL® meets all the manufacturing and quality criteria set by the CHR, following CHR’s clinical studies regarding DHEA and female fertility*. Because of the dependable high quality of FERTINATAL® DHEA, Fertility Nutraceuticals, has been licensed by CHR to cite their U.S. patents (7,615,544 and 8,067,400). FERTINATAL® is the only DHEA product that can claim fertility benefits in women with advanced age and low ovarian reserve.

Androenergen CoQ10

What is ANDROENERGEN™?

ANDROENERGEN is a mega-dose nutritional supplement of pharmaceutical-grade coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), designed specifically to support male fertility by optimizing energy metabolism for sperm and providing antioxidant protection*.

Who is ANDROENERGEN™ CoQ10 intended for?

ANDROENERGEN CoQ10 is designed specifically for men who want to enhance their fertility through healthy sperm development*. Older men with age-related natural decline in CoQ10 levels and sperm parameters may benefit from ANDROENERGEN CoQ10 the most*.

Are there any medications I should avoid while using ANDROENERGEN™?

CoQ10 may have interactions with medications, including but not limited to, chemotherapeutic medications, antihypertensive drugs and Warfarin (Coumadin). If you are taking any prescription medications, consult your health care provider before starting supplementation with ANDROENERGEN. For more information, please refer to the supplement fact insert.

What is CoQ10?

CoQ10 is a vitamin-like substance that acts as an antioxidant, found throughout the body. CoQ10 has been safely used by many urologists to support male fertility. Studies suggest that the two major functions of CoQ10, when it comes to sperm health, are to provide the sperm with necessary energy for development via robust energy metabolism*, and to protect sperm cells and mitochondrial DNA from oxidative damage*.

In studies, CoQ10 has been shown to protect mitochondria, the energy-producing elements within cells, from oxidative damage. Oxidative damage accumulates with advancing age, while natural levels of CoQ10 in the body decline with age. CoQ10 plays an important role in cellular metabolism including that of sperm*. During spermatogenesis, sperm needs sufficient energy to develop properly with normal morphology (shape) and motility (ability to move in a straight line). CoQ10 transports electrons and protons into the mitochondria, helping the mitochondria maintain membrane potential*. CoQ10 also drives the synthesis of ATP, a molecule that acts like a rechargeable battery, supplying essential energy to the cell*.

What differentiates ANDROENERGEN™ from other CoQ10 supplements?

ANDROENERGEN was designed specifically to support sperm health and male fertility. ANDROENERGEN delivers more than 3 times the amount of CoQ10 as most other CoQ10 products, comes in oil-suspended softgels designed for best absorption, and is individually blister-packed in convenient 3x7 sheets, representing 333mg Three-Times-Daily schedule. Like any other products we offer, ANDROENERGEN also undergoes a rigorous quality control process that includes a rare third-party lab testing.

What are the potential benefits of ANDROENERGEN™ CoQ10 for men?

CoQ10 may enhance male fertility by supporting sperm quality through robust energy metabolism for sperm development, and protection of DNA from oxidative damage*.

How do CoQ10 levels change over the lifetime?

Levels of CoQ10 in the bloodstream have been shown to decline with advancing age, in both men and women. Some researchers have speculated that this drop may have a role in general aging process, including in the age-related natural decline in fertility.

How much ANDROENERGEN™ CoQ10 should I take to improve my sperm?

Supplementation with CoQ10 has been widely used and studied in male fertility context, but supplementation schedule varies widely from study to study. Most studies with significant effects on sperm parameters used at least 200-300 mg of CoQ10 per day, for at least 8 to 26 weeks.

Based on the available evidence in the literature, each softgel of ANDROENERGEN is designed to provide 333 mg of oil-suspended CoQ10, to be taken 3 times daily (999 mg per day). ANDROENERGEN contains more than three times the amount of CoQ10 than most other CoQ10 supplements found on the market.

What are the potential side effects of ANDROENERGEN™?

Reported side effects of CoQ10 include upset stomach, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. It can cause allergic skin rashes in some people. For more information, please refer to the supplement fact insert.

When do I stop taking ANDROENERGEN™?

If you have a surgery scheduled, discontinue ANDROENERGEN use at least two weeks before the scheduled surgery.

What should I do if I miss a serving of ANDROENERGEN™?

Missing a dose or two here and there will not be a problem. You can continue taking ANDROENERGEN as if you did not miss a dose. We do not recommend taking double dose to make up for the missed dose.

Ovoenergen CoQ10

What is OVOENERGEN™?

OVOENERGEN is a mega-dose nutritional supplement of pharmaceutical-grade coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), developed in consultation with Center for Human Reproduction (CHR), a leading fertility center in NYC with experience in CoQ10 and female fertility. OVOENERGEN CoQ10 is designed specifically to support female fertility by optimizing energy metabolism for eggs and providing antioxidant protection*. CHR uses and endorses OVOENERGEN CoQ10.

Who is OVOENERGEN™ CoQ10 intended for?

OVOENERGEN CoQ10 is designed specifically for women who want to enhance fertility through healthy egg development*. Older women with age-related natural decline in ovarian function and CoQ10 levels may benefit from OVOENERGEN CoQ10 the most*.

What is CoQ10?

CoQ10 is a vitamin-like substance that acts as an antioxidant, found throughout the body. CoQ10 has been safely used by many urologists to support male fertility. CoQ10 also drives the synthesis of ATP, a molecule that acts like a rechargeable battery, supplying essential energy to the cell*.

What differentiates OVOENERGEN™ from other CoQ10 supplements?

OVOENERGEN was designed in collaboration with, and is endorsed by, Center for Human Reproduction (CHR), a prominent IVF center with expertise in female fertility, particularly as it relates to egg quality, and CoQ10. OVOENERGEN delivers more than 3 times the amount of CoQ10 as most other CoQ10 products, comes in oil-suspended softgels designed for best absorption, and is individually blister-packed in convenient 3x7 sheets, representing 333mg Three-Times-Daily schedule. Like any other products we offer, OVOENERGEN also undergoes a rigorous quality control process that includes a rare third-party lab testing.

What are the potential benefits of OVOENERGEN™ CoQ10 for women?

CoQ10 may enhance female fertility by supporting egg quality through robust energy metabolism for egg development, and protection of DNA from oxidative damage*.

How much OVOENERGEN CoQ10 should I take to improve my eggs?

Supplementation with CoQ10 has been extensively used in male fertility context, but CoQ10 for female fertility is a relatively new development in the field. Physicians at Center for Human Reproduction (CHR), who endorse OVOENERGEN, generally recommend about 1,000 mg of CoQ10 per day for improving egg quality*. This suggestion is based on extrapolation from studies conducted in mice, as well as published human data in men.

OVOENERGEN is designed to provide 333 mg of oil-suspended CoQ10, to be taken 3 times daily. OVOENERGEN contains more than three times the amount of CoQ10 than most other CoQ10 supplements found on the market.

How do CoQ10 levels change over the lifetime?

Levels of CoQ10 in the bloodstream have been shown to decline with advancing age, in both men and women. Some researchers have speculated that this drop may have a role in general aging process, including in the age-related natural decline in fertility.

How long should I take OVOENERGEN™ CoQ10?

Again, there is no absolute answer yet to the best use of CoQ10 for egg quality (see above). CHR estimates that the minimum length of time to be on CoQ10 is two months, with a possible peak effect at around 4 months*.

Can I take FNC’s Prenatal Vitamins with OVOENERGEN™ CoQ10?

Yes! OBGYN doctors recommend that women who are trying to get pregnant take prenatal vitamins to prepare their bodies for a healthy pregnancy. FNC’s Prenatal Vitamins ensure that your body is ready for the baby when you get pregnant.

What are the potential side effects of OVOENERGEN™?

Reported side effects of CoQ10 include upset stomach, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. It can cause allergic skin rashes in some people. For more information, please refer to the supplement fact insert.

What should I do if I miss a serving of OVOENERGEN™?

Missing a dose or two here and there will not be a problem. You can continue taking OVOENERGEN as if you did not miss a dose. We do not recommend taking double dose to make up for the missed dose.
